With 21 years’ experience in large-scale project delivery across the UK, Canada and the Middle East, and a PhD in Geotechnics, Samer heads both our Rail and Highways sectors. Using his skills and track record in leading projects as well as building and shaping high performing teams, he matches our technical expertise to the detail of a client’s requirements and acts as their main point of contact throughout our projects and schemes.
A practiced leader and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Samer has led on major transportation schemes in the infrastructure and aviation industries. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE).
